Return policy

Before you return the package, please contact us so we can create a ticket. Instructions will be sent to your e-mail that explain how to return your package. Packages that are returned without notification will not be accepted. Please note that products that are custom to order, are not eligible for returns. This includes apparel, accessories, prints and artworks.

Send us an email titled 'Return ----' where you replace '----'  with your order number which you can find in your order confirmation email.

Please describe in detail why you want to return the item. When we approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the package to us. Once we received your order in unworn, in good condition and preferably in original packaging, we will refund you on your original payment method.

Note that the shipment of the return is your own responsibility. Please consider insuring the shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because many of our products are manufactured on demand, we cannot guarantee we can facilitate an exchange. Please contact us to see what is possible. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
